MS and Ph.D. theses are .required for the MS/Ph.D. degrees. Continuous registration is required for all graduate students until the thesis is approved unless special permission from Graduate School of Engineering and Sciences is obtained. The general requirements are stated in the “Regulations Governing Admission and Registration to the Graduate School of Engineering and Sciences in İzmir Institute of Technology”.

The required course load 21 credits for MS. An additional 21 credits is required for the Ph.D. Department may enforce some courses to be mandatory.
